Spooki hallowen

Hey I've finally made some time to draw how nice I mean yeah it's a base but shh though like idk why everyone's against them as long as you follow the rules and take time on it I don't see the problem but whatever anyways if you can't tell this is Scotland but like dressed up for the spoopy occasion I actually wanted to draw Faroe and Green but there was so little time and I'm lazy :v but despite the base this still took quite awhile? idk I kinda went crazy with the freckles but basically, I was trying to get something out before or on Halloween so I hope you like it!
